Welcome

Capitol Academy provides a structured, supportive learning environment helping students grow academically, emotionally, and socially.

Our Mission Statement

To identify and meet the needs of our students through individualized educational and behavioral programming. To work with the community to promote student well-being and enable future success in their endeavors.

About Us

The staff of Capitol Academy would like to welcome you! Our program is designed to support middle school and high school students who are experiencing emotional and/or educational difficulties at school. We provide a structured, supportive learning environment where students can strengthen academic skills, build confidence, and develop healthy, socially appropriate behaviors.

Our rules and policies are similar to what you would expect at home, and we work hard to apply them fairly and consistently. Our goal is to create a school community that feels like a family, reflects the values of our community, and partners with families to help students successfully transition into school, home, and the greater community.

School Accountability Report Card

A School Accountability Score Report Card is a public snapshot of how a school is performing based on state-defined measures. It typically highlights information such as student growth and achievement, progress over time, and schoolwide outcomes like attendance or program completion (when applicable). Families can use this report card to better understand overall performance trends, see how different student groups are doing, and learn how schools identify strengths and areas for continuous improvement.
